We have been fortunate to perform at the Texas Burlesque Festival every year since 2010; except for 2012 when we were busy tying the knot! 2018 was another stellar year of the fest with a return to the beautiful Paramount Theatre as our venue and fabulous headliners including Jo Weldon, Alotta Boutte, Mr. Gorgeous, Kalani Kokonuts, Dusty Summers, and The World Famous *BOB.*

We revived our very first burlesque duet for this year’s festival; it was originally choreographed in 2009 and was our first performance at TXBF way back in 2010! We stopped performing the act a few years ago because our costumes were in serious need of upgrades and we were unsure how to accomplish our new vision on our own. Enter the fabulous Aaron Flynn, who worked with us to create new, beautiful, functional pieces so we could being performing this special number once again.

And what a difference it made! You can see that some of the original pieces remained, but we were so excited to graduate from nearly 10-year old craft store greenery and Velcro. It was so fun and satisfying the bring our first collaborative burlesque number back to the TXBF stage after all these years and we were honored to receive the title of Most Original at the festival!
